Delete Item Bug In Each Listing Management

In each manage listing (Articles, Users, Knowledgebase, Pages, and so on), after delete an item, unable to delete another item before reload page. It will not pop up the delete confirmation modal after click the "Delete" button. In order to delete another item, need to reload page first.
