problem with barcode print

hi i have godex ge300 label printer, the label I use is 24 x 12 mm, while it used to print suddenly when I print 5 labels and below for example 2 labels the browser in my preview shows 20 labels 2 printable and the rest blanks and the printer prints 20

Hello,
No label printer is support but there is option for single column label printers as continuous feed.
All the prints are send by browsers and you need to make sure that the scale/zoom is set to 100 and disabled margins, header and footer. The print preview would be helpful to know the pages.

when I print from 1 to 4 labels the printer prints 20 labels, 4 printed and 16 blank. if I take out 5 and above it works normally

Did you check the print preview for below 4, how many pages are shown?
I can't guess, if the margin or size issue then it should be consist for 5+ too 😦

If i print 1,2,3 or 4 label i think 17 - 19 pages if 5 or 100 or 1000 labels is ok

That's quite strange. Please take full page screenshots of the i) page and then ii) print preview and iii) print setting (margins, header, footer and scale/zoom). Thank you
