Add A New Language On Simple Stock Manager

Hi,
I would like to add a new language, I translated the file and did steps 1 and 2 as indicated but I don't understand this : 3 Build the application npm install && npm run build - ?
could someone help me please? thanks
1 - Duplicate lang/en.json and lang/en/ to your language and translate - ok
2 - Edit lang/languages.json and add your language entry - ok

Yes, build is completed. I am not sure why are the css styles not loading. I have updated the tailwindcss and other packages. you can download the latest file and try with latest version.
