When Adding any Arabic name In brand name not working, while when change name in Edit it working good!

It should be due to validation as the slugs are not tested with any other language except English. You can remove the validation rules alpha_dash & alpha_numeric_spaces in add_brand method of app/controllers/admin/System_settings.php
