Adding Cron Job To Cpanel

Hi, I'm trying to add the Cron job to my Cpanel hosting, I've copied the line from the settings menu to the Cron job section on my Cpanel and have set this to run daily at 01.00am but it doesn't seem to work.
I've noticed the Cron directory doesn't exist in my installation folder but the Cron job is pointing to the Cron directory, is that correct? Any help would be appreciated as I'm wanting overdue invoices to be marked as overdue.

The cron job is not directory but route pointing to controllet method. You can visit the url in the browser to check.
