I have uploaded biller logo with the correct size ( 300x80) , But its not visible in my PDF invoice, I have try it changing PDF library also. but nothing changed, currently i use mPdf. But this can be visible in quick view ( just click on a list sale) , Please find the attached PDF invoice for your further check,

so that he can help you enable allow_url_fopen

Hi, I will check with them too but my worry is I have another tecdiary system which is hosting with them and it does not have this issue. Not sure why this has happened to this one, Anyway I will check with hosting provider again,

Hi Milan, I checked with my hosting provider, He told me that Logo is missing is problem with the script. Not the server. abd ask me to tell you that put correct image URL for PDF create script.
Also as you advised "allow_url_fopen" is now enable in my server. Kindly check this further. this has happened to only this script and im using another tecdiary script without any issue.

If allow_url_fopen
is enabled. The code is not only used by you but many others if the URL pass not correct then all should haev the same issue. Anyway did you try it after they enable the allow_url_fopen

Yes. I can understand your concern. even Im using another tecdiary system and i dont face this issue with that system, Anyway I tried it agaon but issue is same, Please find the attached downloaded sales invoice, Kindly look in to this and resolve the issue, It will be a great help.

I am not sure, why working on one domain and not on other.
Anyway you can debug by setting the ENVIRONMENT
to development
in index.php and then try with mpdf. It should display error when you try to download.

HI Milan, To be honest I don't have any development knowledge to change anything in php. If i give you my Cpanel access, can you check this from your end, Thanks a lot. I only face this issue for this application and i didnt face this issue with the rest of the application I bought from you, Kindly help me to resolve this.

Thanks you Milan for you all support. I get sorted the issue now and my hosting provider help me to do the necessary changes and resolve this issue.
