Cannot Print Receipt

hello tecdiary,
i've been using this PPP about a year and it works, but suddenly it cannot print the receipt while the log said it was printed.
i use network type as my current settings, i already tried to change to use usb as type based on the installation guideline, but the log said error like this "[error] (server) TypeError: Cannot read property 'type' of undefined".

Hello again mian, sorry to bother again.
my customer accidentally press yes on the update question to version 4 then i just activated the lisenced, turn out that version has problem in my setting like in version 3. should i go back to previous version (version 3) but the lisence must be reset again?

The update shouldn't de-active license. I will check this. I have reset your license. Please activate the latest version. If you have any issues, let me know.

Hello,

Please use network type if the printer has an IP address. Otherwise, you can share the printer, and you it as a shared printer.
