Cant Generate Profit And Loss Reports

I got this error after I select date range
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hello,
SMA don't generate 403 error, it just redirects. I suspect this is not item related but there might some issues like file permissions on your server that causing this. Please check with your server admin.

I have fixed the permission of the files and folder and also checked the .htaccess but still not working
