I am having challenges with adding a product subcategory

in the POS sales, the system is computing higher balances even if a sale is fully paid/cleared

does the system support offline sales

Hello,
If you don't select parent category, you will add main category. if you select the parent category, you will be adding subcategory So if any category has parent category that will be consider as subcategory.
