Changing logo and details for the receipt

Each time i try to change the logo for the receipt i get the following error
The image you are attempting to upload doesn't fit into the allowed dimensions.
and how do i change the name of the company and the phone number for the receipt.
i attached a photo for more details.
i changed the settings, but still its not showing.

The logo images should be 300px X 80px. Please edit the store to update address and phone.
