Cron Job For Reoccurring Invoices Setup

Hi,
I am unsure how to setup reoccurring invoices.
I have read through these forms and they say to setup the command found in the settings page but I have no command in the settings page.

As you know that the SIM v4 is developed using Laravel, you can refer to guide at Laraval docs too.
