Data Is Incorrect After Migration

I migrated my server the server time is different, now it messed up my data, the sales are now showing on a different date. Even tho my timezone is still the same under settings

Do you have access to your old server? If yes, you can check the date time there. The database should have same. You can try to export the database again.
I have no clue why migrating the database has such issue but it the item is not showing the date in database then I can check the item.

Please don't share the private data in public replies.
I have checked the file. It looks fine. May be you can remove the time_zone line SET time_zone = "+00:00"; and try to import to new server.
