Dropdowns Are Not Working

There are JS errors, and dropdowns are not appearing on screen.
I even tried installing node on server and running npm run prod.
Still same errors

How are you installing the item? Please check the database and let me know how many tables are created?
You can try the latest version released toady. If still same, I will need your server access to check the issue.

There is one issue in new build which you shared, it wasn't in the old one, I cannot open measurements in show order page
