Please make sure that your domain/subdomain root path is set to public folder in the upload files. If it's still the same, let me know the server details in private reply so that I can have a look.

I modified the root folder of my domain, I deleted the cache, but I have the error 422 Unprocessable Entity

Please check your database. It's not empty. You can only install with empty database.

it is always empty if you want to try

May I know your database version? TSMS required your database version to support json and it should be MySQL 5.7.8+ or MariaDB 10.2.7+
Please check the above it that's correct then let me know the server (files & database) access details to check.
