Error 500 Without Installing Or Doing Anything

Hello, how are you, I am uploading the whole file to my ionos host, but when I finish uploading the complete files, entering my website does nothing, shows nothing, gives error 500, I already directed my website to the public folder and it does nothing, I have the correct version of php which is 8.2, help me what can I do.

Can you please check the server error logs and let me know the error details? You can check the Laravel logs in storage/logs/ folder too.

Can you please share the installation URL? If you can see the page, then you should be able to login and update the settings.
I came to know that the main page caused 500 to due to a missing setting. I will update the download file later today to fix that.
Please share the installation URL in private reply so that I can have look.

I have just released an update. Please download the latest file and try again.
If still the same, please check the server error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest. You can check the Larvel logs in the storage/logs/ folder.

I can see the 500 error but I need access to files to know the reason. Please share the server access or check with your server admin about 500 error location. You can check the Laravel logs in the storage/logs/ folder too.
