Font Size In The Table And Bolding The Table Lines

Hi, i have two issues.

How can i reduce the font size of the words especially the words inside the table cause when i print the words appear too large.

When i download the pdf it appears clearly and the table margins are well bolded but when i print without downloading the pdf the table margins are faded and it doesnot show the columns but only the rows(See the screenshot attached), so how can i bold the table margins and make columns appear when i print without downloading a pdf.

Also how can i change the fonts to TimesNewRoman cause that is the official font that we use in our company documents.

The web prints are different than the pdf. For font, please refer to my reply on your other question.
