You can modify the themes/default/shop/views/header.php to add font link and styles tags to update font.

indeed my question was not to add a link to change the font , but i want to change the whole base font of the shop interface to "Segoe UI Semiligh that is whenever i open the shop link the font used for all the shop is Segoe UI Semiligh as a default font.

As I have already told the limitation of support. Any code/snippet request should be posted by paid support. Each paid ticket can't exceed 10 minutes of dedicated time and should be only for specific for a single task. Your question should be covered by ticket.

You can create new custom css file assets/custom/shop.css and add rules as you need.
