You can add private reply by enabling the PRIVATE for Staff only at top right of the reply section.

TSMS required php7.4+ Please update your php version to 7.4+ and try again.

Thank You, We have updated php version. Now App installed successfully.
But I am getting an error while submitting order.

Hello,

Pleas try to update setting for mail. there is know issue of error due to payu, you can check the payu and then add any key & salt first time. After that you can uncheck the payu. Once settings saved.

Let me know if you still have issue after settings saved.
