Hello,

If you have installed the POS Print Server then you have the option to print test print. You need to share the usb printer with alphanumeric name less than 9 characters and use it as path while adding printer. Once test page printed, you will need to update SMA POS settings to use Print Server with local printers.

Please be descriptive. You haven't mentioned any thing about test print from POS Printer. Please attach the screenshots of printers and index page of print server then your pos settings page. Once you can print the test server, please save the detail server on index page or print server. If you have installed the windows installer for print server then you can add private reply with the log file from help menu.
