Hello,

You can set cron job on your server, most control panel like plesk & cpanel has option to set cron jobs. For others, please check with your server admin/host. There are third-party services available too, you can google.

Thank you

Hello,

No. The cron job are not from SMA. It's something to be setup on your server.

Did you even read my message?

Hi,
there's a file which runs all the things in your screenshot, if you head to system settings in stock manager advance, at the end of the page it shows you the url for the cron job file, there's even a button to run it manually, what Mian is telling you is that cron jobs are automated tasks that you have to set up but setup depends on your system, if you're on hosting server, which typically have cpanel, you need to access cpanel and there's an option to set up a cron job, you head over there and tell cpanel where the cron job file is and when you want to run it, (for example every day at 1am), the same goes for windows, there's a task scheduler program in windows, which you can run and add a new task (select the cron job file) and when you want to run it.

If my instructions are not clear you can do as Mian says and google it, you're just going to google how to set up a cron job, the cron job is already in the app you purchased but needs to be set up by you

that was not my question,

my question was I am looking for cron job sample from your side about the activities you guys mentioned in the document guide.
I am looking for sample cron job such activities like:

  • reset reference number
  • delete expire products and so on ( like I have attached at the first time )

but you guys was telling me to run the cron job from CPanel instead, so how can I run because I have no idea to create the cron job to do following tasks like you mentioned on your guide.

Thanks

Hello,

Please contact your server admin/host and tell the them cron job details from system settings page. Are you clear now? We don't have samples or anything to do here. The setup should be done by you or your server admin as mentioned in the setting page. I can't help you setup as I am not your server admin.

Thank you

What's need to be sad here? It can easily setup on the server and your host could help. If there i no option on server, there are 3rd party solutions available. Thank you
