How Watermark Can Be Setting On Product Pictures

I have set up Watermark * as yes in setting. and downloaded product picture from my site, But I cannot see any watermark in my downloaded picture. How this is working in system? Please explain.

Watermark is only done while uploading the products images. Please upload the product image again and see.
