Http Error 500 From Autoload Real

Hello Support,
I have installed the application but can't view my login page.
After checking the error log, I see this lines of errors repeated continually

These errors repeat continually. WHat could be the issue.

Please I don't understand what you mean by "qrcode". I couldn't even see the login page after installation. Where do I look for the "qrcode".

Meanwhile my hosting company said that "ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY" cannot be disabled in shared hosting. Therefore, if I need it, it will not be possible to have it disabled for my account. Please what do I do about that???
Is there any other hosting providers that you can recommend???

I had to reinstall the application. My landing home page is showing but I cant login.
Attached are
- Login error page
- Database SQL Mode showing that "only_full_group_by" is disabled
- Landing page

I followed your query on this link https://codecanyon.net/item/stock-manager-advance-with-all-modules/23045302/comments?utf8=✓&term=login&from_buyers_and_authors_only=0&from_buyers_and_authors_only=1 and added /admin but it didn't work.
I now used my ftp to check again and realized the .htaccess file wasn't there either. So I uploaded it and bam, the login page showed and I was able to login
