Https Broke All Stylesheets Etc

hi,
i installed SSL on my domain and my url changed from http to https. now whenever i click on a link the stylesheet is broken. i have to manually change back url to http from https for the stylesheet to work. i tried to find a file where the installation url is written so i can change http to https but i cannot find any file. please help me to find the place where i have to mention for the application to use https in url so my theme is not broken.

Once ssl install and enabled, please update base_url in the app/config/config.php to https://
