Please don't care the file to folder as install is not file nor folder but route.

Please follow the install instructions form documentation.pdf, the only difference is to set the root path to public folder. Please upload the files to server and give it a try. If can't manage, add private reply with server details. I will check.

My php version is ok, mysql version is ok,
i crated databes, ok.
i uploaded all V3 files via CPANEL File manager,
i tried to work my domain .com/install but system cant load to find installiation file

i had setted SSL at the first step.ssl is ok also.

After upload the files and before access the files, there is step to set the root path to public folder in uploaded files. Then access installer.

If you can't set the root path for doamin then you should redirect all the track to public folder in uploaded files. Please check with server admin if you are not sure about this.

Once done, you should be able to access installer and install the item.
