i have error in module sales > pos sales , when try to open any item , it loading for ever

Hello,

The Ajax request might be failing. Please set the log_threshold to 1 in the app/config/config.php then try to open the sale again. Lastly check the latest log file in the app/logs/ folder.

If there is no error logs, then pleas share the installation url with login details in private reply so that I can have look.

Please check with your server admin about GD extension ERROR - 2025-08-28 18:45:09 --> Severity: error --> Exception: Unable to generate image: check your GD installation

It's working after downgrading the php version . I want to update the app to latest version without change the coding as I changed some features in the app workflow

I need to upgrade the app to be compatible with version 8.3 of the php version , as i made it 7.3 to be working fine again while it's not supported from server side as it's old version

V3 only support php8.0 The v4 supports the latest versions.
