Please let me know your printer name, model and interface (USB, Network or Serial etc).

If USB printer, have you read the pdf file included in your download. Did you try Zadig with WinUSB vendor id and product id?

Did you try to print test page from Print Server? Is it printing the test page or not?

You haven't attached the logs file as mentioned in the pdf file, please attached log file to reply.

Canon G3411 is desktop printer or receipt printer? POS print only support receipt printers with esc pos commands. Do your printer support ESC Commands?

If it's desktop printer, then you only can use web browser. Browser should print fine to desktop printers.

Yes, I have checked the logs, the requests were received fine. I am not sure if the test page was printed or not. POS Print Server might not be the solution for your printer. As I googled it looks like desktop printers. POS Print Server doesn't support desktop printer but only receipt printer with esc command support.

Desktop printers should work fine with web browser print. The POS Print Server is only for receipt printers those support ESC POS Commands.
