Please find the documentation.pdf in your download file. The installation instructions are on page 2, if you don't understand any step let us know.
There is no update option from v3 yet, for update, please wait for the stable release.

I didn't understand you. If you need to start over you can use the lattest version. It's getting stable and if you find any error or issues, please let us knosw so we can check and fix.
There is no need to isntall the old version if you wish to uset the latest. If you have any problem with installaion let us know the url and server details in private so that we help you check.
