Install attempts being 500 error code

I am trying to install on my shared hosting as I am no longer going to have access to my VPS soon.
I uploaded the install files, but get a 500 error when I navigate to the install URL.
The URL is http://heygidday.com/POS/install/
I am using PHP 5.6 and MySQL 5.5
Please advise what I should do, thank you.

Hi, It's seems the url issue. Please make sure about path of POS directory. It should be, http://yourdomain.com/pathtoupload/install/index.php. Thank you
