Install Issues With Initial Install

I can't login or reset password. I cleared cache but am now stuck in a step loop. I looked in the db and see my user information. I see the APP. And ChatGPT says to tell you the following. LOL (sorry long day).

App installed at clients.w4hagency.com

.env file includes APP_KEY and APP_INSTALLED=true

Database is connected and has a valid admin user in users table

Cache, config, and route cache cleared successfully via Artisan

Still being redirected to /setup even after setup is complete

Tried creating storage/installed file manually — no effect

Cannot access /login directly; redirects back to /setup

All is fixed. My server guy is off for his middle child's graduation. And informed me Monday was a holiday. Soooo back to ChatGPT and after a lot of work... I'm in. Issue. Mixed SSL issues. Then hash was incorrect. But I'm happily in. Appreciate your help. Your response helped get my prompting started better. Deleting the cache file in /bootstrap/cache took care of the caching issue, too.
