Hello, how can I print invoices on a piece of paper with the company logo in the head

Simple Invoice Manager has the option for company logo. If you don't want that and use latter head that already has logo then you will need to modify the view file themes/default/views/sales/view_invoice_modal.php & view_invoice.php code.
