Issues With Stripe Payment

Good Day,
We have Stripe installed and activated in the POS module. It works in the Shop module but not in the POS module. When we type in the CC number in the payment section of the POS module is shows as paid but no money leaves the customer's account nor are we redirected to Stripe to collect the payment. How do we fix this?

Hello,

I am sorry for late reply. I was on latest version that's why couldn't check v3. I have tested it with Stripe test and the charges are made. Please make sure that you are using correct public and secret keys and that you haven't enable demo in the index.php file.

In which folder do I find this index.php file?

Hello,

The index.php is in the main folder where you uploaded the files while installation.

We are not in demo mode. And it is not working

Hello,

v3 still uses the old stripe apis. It was deprecated I am not sure if the stripe stoped that version. I am updating the v4 to have Stripe payment at POS. You can test that once update released.
