I have the following 4 queries about the Windows Installer POS
I am using a Thermal Star Printer. I am not able to use the printer when it is configured as Local Printer (first option ) in the POS. But when I select the Web Browser option in the POS it works fine. Due to this, when i click on print there will be a windows popup to select available printers then I have to click on print once again. Is there a solution for this?
Instead of clicking on "Payment" option in the POS, Can I print the bill directly by click on "Print Bill" Option ? If yes, how to configure it? ( Reason is I don't want to select mode of payment in the next window. Its really not required for my business)
I wish to remove the last line in the footer & sales person line in the top of the bill. How to do that? In case If I wish to hire a developer or do it myself What tool should I use ? I guess this is a PHP tool.
I wish to use Tamil language on this tool. How to include Tamil language in this? If I use a third party Tamil Keyboard on this tool, I am not able to type anything. If I am able to use third party keyboard I am okay with that. Otherwise I am willing to use Tamil language.

I am sorry the php server might not support all the languages but only web browser that doesn't support auto print 😦
The pos app is developed in php while the installer/wrapper using nodejs. We have plan to rewrite it in nodejs but it will take some time. Till then there won't be any solution for auto print with web browser.

You can shared the local printer (shared name should be alpha-numeric and not more than 8 chars long) and use the shared printer name to add to printers under settings.
You can print bill from POS screen before submitting the sale. This is not the official receipt but something to collect payment before issuing the receipt.
There is no option to modify the code. You can change the receipt header/footer by editing the store under settings.
You can download the language file from here and send us after translation. We will add the language in next update. I never used any other keyboard then English but as long as the type is standard it should work.

Hi, Can I get the language update immediately ? Also I need to remove few lines from the receipt, which I could not do under store setting option. Can anyone from your end help me with those things ? I am ready to pay for the same.
