License Key Not Working

Hi,
I have sent a Message From your Portal But Unfortunately you guys never replied after waiting 1 week.
I bought POS Print Server from your portal for use with Stock Manager Advance with Point of Sale Module and activated it, but I was facing an issue everytime the software was asking for the license key after starting the PC. Then I reinstalled windows and after that the key is not working. I think it's locked with old Windows.
I need support for Re Active Lic key with new windows
and
Fix the license key asking every time when the PC starts.
I hope i'll get an answer soon

We don't offer email support. It's metioned on the contact form to not send support mesage but ask question.
The license is for single machine. Do you want me to reset it?
