when i try to move my files from my local server to my hosting server i get a warning: Installer is blocked!

I don't know and can't guess anything from your reply. If you don't know how to migrate files or database or are having issues, please install it on live server then only replace the modified files.

Yes, you have already installed locally so the isntaller is locked. If you want to install again, pelase upload the all files again same as you did locally.

You can upload the files and database. The update config files as mentioned in the What files I need to edit if I have moved to different server and/or domain? Thanks
