Please follow the installation instruction form documentation.pdf that is included in your download. If you don't understand any step, please let me know the step number so that I can explain it.
The installation server is not free so I suggest you try install and if let us know you have any issues. In case you need installation service the fee is $20 and you can request by opening new ticket. We require 12 - 24 hours to perform the installation. The installation could take more time if there is any server related issue.
