New Topic - Email All Members

I'd like to use my forum as a private newsboard / discussion group so that when a new topic is added it sends an email to all memebrs to let other members know that a topic has been added. Is this possible?

No, there is no such option yet. We are adding the digest option that will allow the user to choose the email frequency of daily, weekly and monthly digest that should have details of few latest threads, articles and few popular ones.
There is no plan to send email to members on new threads that you will need to add yourself by hiring any developer.
