How are the Orders and the Measurements connected in the DB?
Because I see that there isn't any column in the measurements table with the name 'orders_id' like there are columns like 'customer_id' and 'service_id'.

Measurements are attached to services. The order save ther OrderSerivce that is attached to Service and Measurement. You can check the OrderService model.

How do I show the delivery date in the Measurements Show Modal?

Measurement and delivery date has no reation and there is no such option. If you have such use case, please hire any developer to help you modify the item code as you need.
