Please make sure that you have uploaded all the file. If you are using git then the vendor is ignored. You will need to run composer install to get the vendor folder.

The app can't run without vendor folder. Please upload the vendor folder again and then try to access the app. If you have error then let me know the details so that I can suggest.

You can enable app logs by changing the log_threshold to 1 in the app/config/config.php file and the logs fill be saved in the app/logs/ folder.
