POS Barcode Scanning Item and Scroll

Hello, is it possible to changing the product when we scan 2 times instead of adding it 2 items i want it just add 1 item but the quantity increase. Next is, about the scroll bar can it be changed to auto scroll to bottom ? Last is would it be possible to add a 2 buttons up and down for increase or decrease quantity ?

Hello,
- You can update cart item addition in system settings.
- Only POS will auto scroll to last item added, others don't.
- No, you can click and change the input value. There is no plus/minus buttons.

Can i ask you to help me with the update code ? How much should i paid for no 1 and 3. Also the number 2, the auto scroll seems not working.
