Printing Issue With Rongta Rp80Iv Thermal Printer

I've purchased and trying to add a 80mm thermal printer which model no is Rongta RP80iv to the Stock Manager Advance with Point of Sale web application. Installed the driver on windows 10, but when I'm trying to print a receipt, the print window is showing a long thin preview window and print approximately 2 inch blank white portion of receipt paper. Please guide me to setup the printer.
