If you have SSL in your server, set in your $config['base_url'] in config.php filepath: app\config\config.php line 21 to https://, not http://

You will also need to set $config['cookie_secure'] in line 384 in the same config.php file to true, not false.

If you don't have SSL, the reverse should be the case.
