I am sorry as I don't have any tutorial. You can download the sample file and fill the data then upload it. That's all it require to import the products.

As you can see, you file is not proper csv (comma separated values) that's the reason there is no code between () as system is unable to parse your file. Please save it as csv in utf-8 encoding and without BOM as mention on the import page.
