Product Name Arabic Appear Empty

when import products from files the product name arabic appear empty field after importing but when change it to english appear good ??
and i follow sample file
and i repeat steps on demo and face same issue. Thanks

Please make sure that the csv file is using correct encoding utf-8 and it's saved without BOM.
