Profile Picture Is Not Updating

I can not update the profile picture. Please see this video:

I just purchased and installed this script. File & Folder Permission was give to the storage folder & public folder. I set it to 777 yet still have this issue. Cache + Cookies were cleared.

I've done that before. When doing it again, that's the response on the terminal. But the profile is still not showing.
