My problem is when i tried profit margin it show me deficit instead profit when i check if the product cost is higher then price it's not

Please check the product details. You cost must be higher then you sell the products.
It's not recommended to change the inventory accounting method once set. The AVCO is know to have such issue, you can reset the avg cost from the list products page.
