Purchased Code Not Working

0

I trust this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you regarding an issue I've been facing while trying to activate the latest version of Simple Forum, specifically v2.0.0-beta.7, a product I initially purchased in 2019 but never utilized until this week.

Upon trying to install the product, I encountered an error message stating "Please make sure your Envato username and Item purchase code are correct (Error Code 001)". I am certain that I have inputted the correct Envato username and Item purchase code.

To address this issue, I followed your instructions as posted in a comment thread. I attempted to reach out to your team via the provided email address - [email protected]. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response to my inquiry so far.

Given the persistence of this problem, I purchased another license today hoping it would resolve the issue. Regrettably, the error message persisted during the installation process, even with the newly purchased license.

I feel quite disappointed as my attempts to rectify the situation have not yet been successful. I am writing to request your assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please advise on the correct measures to take in order to successfully install and activate the Simple Forum v2.0.0-beta.7 product?

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.
