Please make sure that you have upload the .htaccess file.

The option options to check would be mod_rewrite and base_url in the app/config/config.php

i had setted SSL at the first step.ssl is ok also.

i solved it thanks
the problem is that:

do not use cpanel to import stock manager files, use filezilla ftp manager because .htaccess file is problme during using cpanel.

cPanel gives the option if you want to overwrite the exisitg files. You need to make sure that you have the .htaccess file uploaded from the download.
