This could be as a result of the language file that you selected.

Kindly click on this demo link Stock Manager Advance with Point of Sale Module and see if you can replicate it there.

I tried to do so, but I could not, we have to copies of SMA, I think 3.4.38 and 3.4.40 with same issue.
I have not try it on other versions we have.
Not sure if all the text is wrong, some times we write the customer name in Arabic, it show it wrong on pdf.
Print from POS to pdf works fine.

As I said, Arabic text displayed LTR. It should be RTL. Maybe the font not supported or so on.
In the previous attachment, on the right is how it should looks like. On the left, how the text displayed in the PDF.
