Salestation Can Not Installed On The Desktop

i have tried to install the executable but i receive the error saying
There is a problem with the windows installer package.
A program run as part of the set up did not finish as expected.
contact your support personnel or vendor
not able to install the executable on the clients computer.

i have been able to solve this issue. it was my windows which had issues. but now am after the installation is successful the salestation does not open

May I know the windows version? SaleStation can only support 64bit OS and for windows it requires WebView 2 installed.
