what is this i install app and then after 3 days is showing 500 error is this software issue or domain issue i tried 3.7 version and version 4 also same problem oe it is data base problem

I didn't understand the question. After installation was it working? If yes, then it might be server related, you can check with your server admin. Otherwise, you already know that you need to install.
